We use Singpost to ship our parcels. Please note that our free shipping service is an UNTRACKED option, if you require tracked shipping please select the upgraded shipping option when you checkout. Please note that shipping times come into effect when your order has been processed. Please see the home page for current processing times. If nothing otherwise is stated on the home page, the processing time is usually 2-3 business days.

 

Singpost Estimated Delivery: 
Singapore - 1-2 business days
Europe - 3-5 business days
USA, Canada and Australia - 7-10 business days
Rest of world - 10-15 business days.

These are only estimates and can be affected by adverse weather conditions and festive seasons. Customs and these other factors - very rarely - but may possibly delay the shipping up to 6-8 weeks.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties or custom charges that may be incurred.
